We’re more than a coffee company. Every purchase helps support outreach through Positive Opportunities, Compassion Washington, and Drive-Thru Prayer, bringing meals, hot showers, and hope to people in need.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy matters to us. We use trusted third-party processors and encrypted checkout to keep your information secure. We never sell or share personal data for marketing purposes, and your contact details are only used for order updates, support, or essential communication.

Because Kelly’s NW Roasters partners with select independent roasters and fulfillment partners, your name, shipping address, and order details may be shared with the roaster responsible for preparing and shipping your coffee. This allows your order to be roasted fresh and sent directly to you.

We carefully choose our partners and expect them to follow high standards of privacy, quality, and customer care. However, since each roaster manages its own fulfillment system, we cannot guarantee the individual privacy practices of third-party vendors.

Shipping & Returns

We roast and ship fresh orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Because each order is roasted fresh, we can’t accept returns based on taste preferences, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at kellysnwroasters@gmail.com so we can make it right.
